I have applied for transition housing and I am wondering when do we usually get notified for move in date. Also, how do we get notified? IS it by email ? Because during the next week I would like to know if I can be out of the city for a few days, and I would still be notified via email when I would be able to move in.

You will be notified via email, and a notice will also be placed on your door, asking you to move within the next 24 hours. Since we are unable to know when your fall space will be available, we ask that transition residents do not leave the city, so that when the fall housing space does become available, he/she can move within the specified 24 hours.
