I'm a student from Trinity University who plans to transfer to NYU for the fall 2010 semester. I plan to study the Film and Television program that you offer. However, I was doing some research on the application process and on the "Instructions" section it says that all transfer students who plan to study this particular program need to begin their studies in one of the two NYU summer sessions. Does this mean that I would have to apply as a transfer student for the fall semester AND apply to your summer school? If that were the case, what courses would I need to take during the summer session?
